Our Instructors
Heather Sheridan
Based in New Jersey and owner of Revel Yoga, Heather has been teaching and training others for the past 19 years. Heather’s Revel Method is based on proper alignment, breath, and asana. Her Vinyasa flow classes will take you out of your head, connect you with yourself, bring you to the present moment, all while challenging you to your best!
Heather believes that everyone deserves to find connection and happiness in their lives.
Meghan Hunter
With over a decade of teaching experience, Meghan’s vinyasa classes are known for their intelligent sequencing and steady, breath-centered anchoring. Meghan believes that the practice of yoga offers invaluable tools to regulate the mind-body complex, and she encourages students to utilize these tools as a direct portal to reconnect with their greater sense of equanimity, ease and the infinite nature of their deepest selves.

Cancellation Payment Terms:
If cancellation occurs between booking and August 9th, 2023, 25% of retreat cost is non refundable.
If cancellation occurs between August 10th - October 31st, 2023, 50% of retreat cost is non refundable.
If cancellation occurs between November 1st - December 31st, 2023, 75% of retreat cost is non refundable.
If cancellation occurs, January 1st or after, 100% of retreat cost is non refundable.
We will make every effort to rebook your space should you have a reason to cancel in which case your payment will be refunded, however these terms release responsibility should we not be able to fill your designated room.
